Winter bills are often much higher than summer bills in our snowy area. We offer an option to take the sting out of bills that spike when the thermostat drops. Level Pay averages your energy use over the trailing 12 months plus your current invoice and then creates an average for that months bill.

*Must have 13 months of continuous service history and your account balance must be at $0 in order to enroll in this program.

Our Easy Pay service is available only for residential members of the Cooperative. A minimum amount of $100 is required as the pre-payment to set up Easy Pay. Each day, Fall River Electric will deduct your previous day’s electric power usage and a small portion of your monthly Access Fee from your pre-paid balance. Your account balance is available for your to review at any time 24/7 at www.fallriverelectric.com or by using the MY FR app on your smartphone. Once your balance reaches a pre-determined low balance amount, Fall River Electric will send you a text or email message or both, whichever is most convenient for you.
