    Fall River Electric Cooperative is making a software system change in January! 

    No payments on electric accounts will be processed either online or by phone from January 21 until January 26.

    No late charges or penalties will be assessed during this five day period.

    Owner-members of Fall River Electric who are currently signed up for Auto Pay, on January 26, 2026, you will need to re-enter credit card and/or debt card information as federal law prohibits the automatic transfer of credit and debit card numbers into our new SmartHub system.

    On January 26th, we will be launching our new SmartHub mobile app and web portal. This new system has features to help you save time and money! On January 26th or after, check our website link www.fallriverelectric.com/smarthub to sign up and save while managing your account anytime and from anywhere!
